To compete successfully in the marketplace, well-written copy is vital. We can provide you with crisp, succint copy that is a pleasure to read, on deadline, and at very reasonable cost.

Whether you want press releases, newsletters, blog or Facebook posts, a ghostwritten book, brochures, web copy, mailings, slogans, tweets, advertising copy, SEO, our copywriters get right to the point with the impact you need.

Our writers are used to writing on many subjects, such as travel, health, property, careers, education, the arts, politics, technical innovation and finance. They can write in a wide range of styles and for a wide range of mediums.

All copywriting is undertaken by experienced UK national newspaper journalists and copywriters who have worked for major UK organisations, and who are native English speakers. Companies they have written for include the NHS, Mercedes Benz, Credit Suisse, CBS Outdoor, BUPA, Norwich Union. Publications they have worked for include The Times, Guardian, Daily Telegraph, Financial Times, Daily Mail, Independent, Sunday Mirror, Daily Star, New Statesman, The Spectator, Reader’s Digest, Harper’s Bazaar and many others.

Press release creation

A well-written press release is more likely to get your story picked up by the media, generating precious publicity for your company or project, and meaning that potential clients are more likely to get to hear about it. Writing your own press releases can be a false economy, especially if you are not used to writing them, are too close to the story to highlight its most newsworthy features, or are simply too pressured with other tasks to devote the time needed to produce an effective press release.

With extensive experience in journalism and pr, we have received thousands of press releases over the years and know what editors are looking for. Not only can we write highly effective press releases for you, but we can also offer an advisory service pinpointing how existing press releases can be improved. We can send out press releases on your behalf in certain circumstances, and provide UK press contact lists in some areas. We can also help public relations companies/departments with writing press releases when time is tight.

Editing and rewriting

Rather than requiring copy creation from scratch, you may have already created text for a project and require it to be professionally edited or rewritten into polished copy. We have the knowledge and experience to give your text a totally professional finish, at a very competitive price. This option reduces costs, as you create the majority of the material yourself and then have it crafted by a professional writer or editor into the best possible copy at a much reduced price.

Updating copy

If you have a website, marketing materials or other copy that was written some time ago, or your products and services have changed, or you simply want your work looked over by a professional eye, we can advise upon and either update this copy or provide a report with recommendations.

Ongoing projects

We can provide ongoing content for such things as newsletters, blogs and websites, and can write whole magazines and newspapers if required. Ongoing work usually attracts reduced rates.

Confidentiality

We do not wish to jeopardise our status as a professional company with a reputation to protect so rest assured that we would not reveal confidential client information to third parties. However, if extra assurance is required we are happy to sign a ‘non-disclosure notice’, setting out in writing our legal obligation to keep your information private.

Price guides

We can provide a free no-obligation written quote detailing the work involved, and no work will commence until the client has emailed their confirmation to go ahead.
